CS Sidharth Sharma is an alumnus of Panjab University,
Chandigarh. He is a seasoned Professional having vast experience in handling corporate
litigation matters pertaining to oppression and mismanagement and other assignments
pertaining to various branches of law. Being a Practicing Company secretary, he serves as a
litigator before the NCLT, NCLAT. He has represented corporate houses, Financial
Institutions and high net worth companies. He is most sought-after professional by many
corporate clients for his opinion and advice on various aspects of Corporate and commercial
laws including, Company Laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and contractual disputes.
Sidharth has extensive experience in handling the Corporate Transactions. He regularly

CA Ankit Garg
CA Ankit Garg is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a seasoned professional having more
than 15 years of expertise in leading the division of Forensic Investigation and Litigation
services. His expertise lies in conducting white-collar investigations, assessing fraud
risks, fraud prevention strategies, asset misappropriations, due diligence reviews, and
employee misconduct investigations, including kickbacks. Ankit has secured the outcomes for
clients before tax authorities and tribunals showcases his proficiency in conducting
research, analyzing complex tax laws, and drafting persuasive legal arguments. He has
established a dedicated Forensic Laboratory specializing in Computer and Mobile Phone
Forensics, catering to companies globally and in India, as well as various regulatory
bodies.
